Seniorflats was born from a simple observation: too many senior residences prioritize institutional efficiency over human comfort. We saw an opportunity to create something different — a place where architectural beauty, personal autonomy, and genuine community could coexist.
Founded in 2023, we set out to design residences that feel like real homes — with open kitchens, natural light, and thoughtful details that support independent living without compromising on style. Our first building opened in 2024, and we've been refining our approach ever since.
